1 lb of beef round roast or venison

3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp low-sodium Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp brown sugar

2 tsp fresh ground black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 tsp liquid smoke

¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper or Tabasco sauce

1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

Increase or decrease Cayenne or Tobasco sauce for desired spicy heat


Slice meat 1/4" to 1/2" thick; Add meat and marinade to bag; put in frig for 12-24 hours; Dehydrate at 160 degrees until tenderness or dryness you desire
